Approved exhibitors may provide business contact information, listing details, logos, photographs, website addresses, and social-media links through the vendor portal. Private contact information, including an exhibitor's telephone number, is used for Expo administration and is not displayed publicly unless the exhibitor separately publishes it elsewhere.

When registration or ticket services are available, information entered into an embedded or linked third-party form is also subject to that provider's privacy practices.

How information is used

We use submitted information to administer the Expo, review and publish approved vendor listings, communicate with exhibitors, maintain the website, and improve the visitor experience. Vendor-submitted changes remain private until approved.

Images and public listings

Logos, photographs, descriptions, business websites, and social links submitted for an approved listing may be displayed publicly on this website. Exhibitors should submit only material they own or are authorized to use.

Service providers

We may use trusted service providers for website hosting, secure sign-in, file storage, registration, ticketing, email, and content assistance. They process information only as needed to provide those services and according to their own applicable policies.

Data choices

Exhibitors may request corrections to their information or ask that their account or listing be removed. Some records may be retained when reasonably necessary for business, legal, security, or recordkeeping purposes.
